Repeated failure to follow these rules will result in a the ban from the access to the network.<\/p>\n<p>If a rule isn\u2019t clear in a certain situation, the network staff will consider what is the most appropriate decision to solve the issue. Please, don\u2019t believe you can avoid these rules by interpreting them in your own way.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00008b;\"><strong>Network rules<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1. No <strong>harassing<\/strong> or <strong>flaming<\/strong> users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2. No <strong>racism<\/strong>, <strong>sexism<\/strong> or anything inciting <strong>hate<\/strong>, <strong>discrimination<\/strong> or <strong>abuse<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3.<strong> Pedophilia<\/strong> and <strong>pornography<\/strong> are totally forbbiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>4. No <strong>spamming<\/strong> of channels, websites or other IRC networks.<br \/>\nSpam is defined as sending irrelevant and annoying messages indiscriminately, especially to promote something. The MindForge network uses filters to block these messages protecting users from malicious websites, files and services. If you think that a ban was set by mistake, please <a title=\"Contact us\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mindforge.org\/en\/contact-us\/\">contact us<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>5. No <strong>flooding<\/strong>.<br \/>\nFlooding is defined as sending large and repeated quantities of information (text, ctcp, join\/part, nick change...) in a short time for no valid reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>6. Don't attempt to <strong>steal<\/strong> registered <strong>nicknames<\/strong> or <strong>channels<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>7. No <strong>abuses<\/strong> of connections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>8. Connecting through <strong>insecure connections<\/strong> is not allowed.<br \/>\nCheck the <a title=\"Servers\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mindforge.org\/en\/servers\/\">servers<\/a>' page for more information about the proxy scanner of MindForge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>9. Don't attempt to <strong>evade<\/strong> network or channel <strong>bans<\/strong>.<br \/>\nYou must wait until the ban expires or is removed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>10.<strong> Warez<\/strong>, <strong>XDCC<\/strong>, <strong>FTP<\/strong>, <strong>hax0r<\/strong>, <strong>botnets<\/strong> and <strong>commercial activities<\/strong> are not allowed on this network.<br \/>\nWarez refers primarily to copyrighted works distributed without fees or royalties, and may be traded, in general violation of copyright law. You must respect intellectual property and copyright law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>11. Don't attempt to <strong>scam<\/strong> or <strong>harm<\/strong> users in any way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">12.
